Oh, e se qualcuno cerca l’elemento filtrante per la Baja c’è K&N che lo ha sotto il codice HD-0300 sembra quello a cartuccia originale ma con tecnologia K&N.
Non costa poco ma almeno c’è!
Invece la cassetta del filtro non c'è più. Peraltro veniva sostituita con altro e la cassetta buttata.
E allora?
Trovato battilastra. E fatte fare. Venute abbastanza bene. Costato un rene.
Ne ho fatte fare 5 e le 4 sono in vendita e non sono buon mercato!
E qui una verniciata e montata. Si ci sta perfettamante

Good news: K&N still has the filter element in catalogue under part no HD-0300.
Bad news: the filter box is not to be found. I searched all parts of the web and even some bricks and mortar places.
So nothing left to be done then to make them boxes redone.
Found someone who normally deals with pre war cars and after some month waiting there we go with a pretty good result.
I had him make 5 of these and 4 are for sale.
The second series shows one of these painted and fitted to the engine and frame.

Oh, that guy also works on Jags, Prancing Horse and RR so the boxes were NOT cheap and will be sold at cost.
